Source and administer sales and marketing promotional materials. Highly proficient in Excel. Have experience/expertise querying databases (some SQL knowledge preferred), and be comfortable working with large data sets Have some experience running complex analyses or developing complex reports Be great at verbal and written communication, and be very good at managing expectations Be an excellent problem solver, and be solution oriented Be a fast and eager learner, willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in. Willingness to travel and work in a global environment of professionals. |

| Develop, implement and manage the product marketing activities to provide optimum sales and profit results to assigned product line(s). Develop and manage the product marketing initiatives to support the short and long term goals of the company. Develop and implement market building programs, including but not limited to promotions, PR, advertising, and sponsorship, in support of the business's growth objectives. Develop the product strategy, product rollouts and marketing campaigns for assigned product line(s). Drives product release strategies, interacts with sales, development, and product marketing to define these requirements, and directs interaction with engineering and operations on product development. This would include but is not limited to identification of product opportunities, new customers for existing products, product forecasts, technical support and training requirements as well as market and sales support activities and materials. Act as the voice of the product portfolio to the sales organization, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for training the sales teams on the best practices for maximizing sales and profits in the assigned products. Establish product, service and product development priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended. Work closely with other departments to ensure Marketing priorities are consistent with the strategic plan and activities match established and agreed to priorities. Conduct customer and competitive research to ensure that SandenVendo is providing its customers with the products, technical support and services that they desire at prices that generate the greatest total dollar return to the Company across its total product line. Research and identify new product and services opportunities that match our core competencies. Develop and provide marketing materials to support all product and service sales efforts including those of our sister companies and distributors. Support internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts. Function as the primary external and internal “creative” resource. Build a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives & enables profitable growth for assigned products. Construct current state business model per market segment. Translates customer/clients needs and technology directions into product definitions, new features and new services. Determine the short and long term strategies and tactics for the marketing of assigned products. Excellent written and oral communications skills for internal, external and technical contacts. | Education Requirements: |
| Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field with combined experience in creating market building programs including promotions, public relations (i.e. events and product placement), advertising (i.e. online and traditional) and sponsorships. Undergraduate degree at minimum but Master’s degree is a plus. 3 – 5 years industrial product management experience desired. Ability to develop and leverage product management techniques to achieve results. Strong technical aptitude. Results and detail oriented with ability to think independently. Self-starter and collaborative team player. Problem solving skills Ability to understand P&L and financial acumen Ability and willingness to travel. Understanding of product feature, benefits, pricing, positioning, design and advertising. A background in manufacturing with similar or related industry experience a plus. |

| Education Requirements: |
| BS in Engineering or related field or three years of experience in product testing and/or design preferred. A firm grasp of basic engineering fundamentals, sheetmetal product design, refrigeration fundamentals, and electrical fundamentals. An understanding of DCAD systems and principles. A basic understanding of bills of material and the MRP environment. The ability to work under deadlines without sacrificing attention to design detail and fundamentals. |
